Casey Mulligan

Casey Mulligan has excelled in criminal defense for over 30 years. He began his career as a trial lawyer, and transitioned to appellate defense in 2010.

Over his career, Casey has tried over 80 jury trials, from DUI to first-degree murder. He has handled over fifty cases in the Colorado Court of Appeals and Supreme Court. Casey’s appellate practice focuses on the appeals of serious felony convictions, and he is often called upon by trial lawyers to provide legal research, writing, and consultation in complex cases.
